UroLife study general questionnaire

Patients with non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (n=1512) completed paper-and-pencil or web-based questionnaires at 6 weeks (referring to pre-diagnosis lifestyle; n=1486) and 3 (n=1343), 15 (n=1172) and 51 months (n=589) after diagnosis. Questionnaires were focused on sociodemographic characteristics, occupational exposures, anthropometry, lifestyle habits (e.g. smoking, physical activity (SQUASH questionnaire)), medical history, hormonal factors, awareness of cancer risk factors, attitudes towards lifestyle advice).
